What airport should we fly into?

Faro and Lisbon International Airports are the closest to Portimão. Faro airport is located 45 minutes from Portimão and Lisbon airport is just 2h 30 minutes away by car.

Please do not buy tickets from 3rd parties as they do not guarantee entry into the event.

Your festival pass includes entry into all showcases and venues over the 4 days of The BPM Festival.

Are there group VIP packages available?

We do not offer group VIP packages, however, you can purchase VIP tickets via thebpmfestival-europe.com/tickets/

What’s included with my VIP ticket?

With VIP tickets you will gain access to two dedicated VIP areas at NOSOLOÁGUA & Blanco Beach Club

Can I change the name on the ticket?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-transferable and we are unable to process any name changes.

Can I give my festival pass to a friend?

No, this is strictly prohibited. The BPM Festival staff and security reserve the right to confiscate any festival pass which appears to be tampered with. The BPM Festival is not responsible for your festival pass or ticket is lost, damaged, or stolen.

I can no longer attend the festival can I claim a refund?

Unfortunately, all tickets are non-transferable and we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets no longer needed

Can I sell my ticket?

Unfortunately, all tickets are non-transferable and tickets bought from third parties will not be valid.

Non professional cameras are allowed, however no removable lenses, video cameras or professional recording equipment.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

No outside food and beverages will be permitted into the event.
